Fieldstone Energy engages ADV, AEFNA for Growth Phase
Tulsa, Okla.—Fieldstone Energy has announced a new relationship with Asian Development Ventures (ADV) and AEFNA LLC (AEFNA) to help identify additional capital funding in the United States for construction of new environmentally-friendly hydroelectric generating capacity.
Fieldstone Energy, founded in 2003 by CEO Brian Meano, is in the design/engineering phase of final development. The company has concurrent plans to seek final site alternatives to build its first 10-megawatt generating station.
The Fieldstone Energy technology utilizes a patented impoundment concept with flotation buoys for power generation. The environmentally-friendly design is applicable to ocean wave theory, however it will initially be targeted for low/high head run of river locations. “This technology totally reforms traditional hydroelectric technology into a truly green power source with an added benefit of zero fish kill,” Meano said.
ADV and AEFNA will assist in overall development and management of this next important aspect of the company’s growth. “We’re excited to work with ADV because it has the global resources to introduce our products and vision around the world,” Meano said.
ADV is a Singapore based company with a focus on China and Asia opportunities. Don Drapeau, ADV Chairman said, “We like the Fieldstone technology because it’s green, it’s flexible geographically with multiple applications, and it’s scalable on a global basis.”
AEFNA LLC is a US-based consulting and management firm with special interests in renewable energy and fuels.
